Biography

Ronald P. Martin, DMD was born and raised in Augusta, GA.  He attended the University of Georgia and then received his dental degree from the Medical College of Georgia.  He then practiced general dentistry for six years prior to completing his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Medical College of Georgia. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Martin started practicing Oral & Maxillofacial surgery in Stockbridge, Georgia in 1992 and his practice continues in that location.  His areas of interest include extractions, outpatient anesthesia, surgical management of impacted teeth and removal of cysts/tumors of the jaw.
Dr. Martin is a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association and Georgia Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Martin is married to Traci Martin and very proud of his four children, aged 20-29.  His hobbies include traveling, reading, fishing and golf.
