- Turn left at the next light onto Broadmoor Blvd. NE (Applebee’s on left) and then take the first left behind the gas station.

From 85 North/985:
- Take 85 North to 985 North.
- Take 985 to exit 4, Buford (Mall of Ga.)
- Turn away from the Mall of Ga. and head west on Hwy. 20(Nelson Brogdon Blvd.). Go @2.0 miles.
- Cross over Buford Hwy.(Hwy. 13)
- Turn right at the 2nd light onto Broadmoor Blvd. NE (Applebee’s on right) and then take the first left behind the gas station.

At 79, I was anxious about the procedure. and elected to have it done under anesthesia. Doctor Eric
Belinfante and his staff were friendly, professional, informative, and reassuring along every step of the way. I
cannot thank them enough and encourage anyone who Is looking at the prospect of oral or facial surgery to
engage their services.
Once again, Dr. Belinfante gets 5 stars, because he is that good!! Things that, to me, provide proof that he
and his staff are a well run organization; Most of his staff has been with him for years, Dr. Belinfante listens
to his patients and makes necessary decisions and options right then and there….no putting your problem
off, leading to greater issues, and typically you can view what your insurance will most likely cover before
you leave your consultation! That’s impressive. That did not happen on my latest visit, but has happened 2
out of 2 times, prior to this appointment.
Post op day 6 and I'm doing well. I followed post op directions from Dr. LaBanc (which were easy to follow)
and no complications so far. Asia and Kay provided great patient care also. Grateful for the professional
experience.
