Dr Cole and staff were very professional and yet genuinely friendly. I am so appreciative of the time they took in explaining the procedure in which a biopsy is taken. Although my ride was scheduled to pick me up in a short time, Dr Cole and staff never seemed to rush; I was able to catch my ride on time. Their post procedure instructions were given both verbally as well as written. And early in the evening while at home, Dr. Cole called me to access if I had tolerated the procedure well. Dr. Cole and his staff genuinely care about their patients. And I am very appreciative of their care.
From the time I called to inquire to the day of my consultation the staff have been great. Every time I’ve call I’m addressed by name before I say anything. One of the ladies at the desk came to find me in the parking desk because I got lost. Very pleasant and welcoming. The doctor and assistant was great. I freak out going to the dentist so to have surgery stick a fork in me. lol
They answered all my questions with detailed explanations. I can say this is the first time I can say my blood pressure didn’t hit the roof just being there. I’ll credit it that to the warm and welcoming welcome I received.
Dr. Satishchandran is wonderful! She did a wonderful job of explaining the wisdom tooth surgery to my daughter and giving her time to consider her options. She is highly informed, compassionate, and has an all-around great bedside manner. We would definitely recommend her.
What an amazing experience. Dr. Cole and his team welcomed me like a Rock Star! They were warm and friendly and very orderly. The extraction was very relaxing and done quickly. I didn't feel any discomfort the entire time. I literally skipped out the door when they were done and had no pain. Can't wait to do my implants. Thanks Dr. Cole for such a pleasant experience.
