| Robert Wunderle, DDS
Dr. Wunderle was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating from St. Edwards High School he attended Ohio State University where he received a degree in microbiology and received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1975. After a short period spent in the U.S. Public Health Service, he attended Emory University where he completed a Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Wunderle has been in private practice in Marietta and Cartersville since 1980. Presently he is on staff at Northside Hospital and Cartersville Medical Center. He is an active member of many professional organizations including:
- The American Dental Society
- The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons
- The American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons
- The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons
Dr. Wunderle has received his Board Certification from the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Wunderle's practice includes the treatment of impacted wisdom teeth, office anesthesia, dental implants, treatment of oral pathology and infections, reconstructive facial surgery for treatment of congenital and traumatic deformities, cosmetic facial surgery to include chin and cheek augmentation, laser treatment of facial wrinkling, lip and soft tissue augmentation, eyelid surgery and facial rejuvenation procedures.
Dr. Wunderle and his wife Maggie have lived in Marietta for over twenty years. Maggie is a School Counselor in the Cobb County School System. Their greatest accomplishments have been their three children, Jessica, Robert and Joseph, who have kept them very busy throughout the years with all their various activities.
